Unless priority mail is ordered at checkout, all items will be shipped regular U.S. postal mail within two (2) business days of receipt of payment.
Please note that QNC Scalp＆Hair Total Care is not responsible for any customs, duties and/or taxes that may be imposed in connection with orders shipped outside of the United States.
QNC Scalp＆Hair Total Care considers customer service our top priority. We stand behind our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you do not absolutely love our products, we will be happy to refund your purchase, as set forth below.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be received by us within sixty (60) calendar days of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, please email our Customer Service Department at email@example.com. Please provide in the email: (1) your name; (2) order number; and (3) a reason for the return. Our Customer Service Department will then email you instructions for the return, including a return address and an RMA number to write on the outside of the packaging in which you are returning your product.
If sixty (60) calendar days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you do believe that you have received a refund within seven (7) calendar days in which you are advised by QNC Scalp & Hair Total Care that the refund has been processed, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending upon where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
QNC Scalp＆Hair Total Care does not provide any guarantee or warranties as to the results that will be achieved using our Hair Restore Shampoos, the Hair Restore Conditioner and/or the Ultra Strength Hair Regrowth Treatment.
Each individual’s response to any hair loss and/or thinning treatment is dependent upon a number of physical factors, all of which are beyond the control of Hair Restoration Laboratories.
It is strongly recommended that customers first consult with their physician before utilizing any hair loss product. Results will vary.
